Previously, Ryan held the position of Director of Operations - Space at Valcor Engineering Corporation from April 2022 to July 2025 and served in various managerial roles at Arkwin Industries from 2016 to 2022, including Business Unit Manager and Manufacturing Engineering & Production Manager. Ryan's experience encompasses leading cross-functional teams, managing financial negotiations, and implementing productivity initiatives in the aerospace sector, particularly in the defense and commercial markets. Ryan holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University.
