Tom Fougerousse, Operations Executive

Tom Fougerousse has a strong background in operations and management, with over 10 years of experience in various leadership roles. Tom most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at JM Bullion, where they successfully implemented process improvements and strategies for employee retention. Prior to that, Tom was the Director of Ecommerce at RugsUSA, where they were responsible for setting and meeting operational KPIs and managing relationships with marketing agencies. Tom also served as the Operations Systems Manager at Rosenberry Rooms, LLC, overseeing the Order Fulfillment Department for the Amazon division and providing IT support. Throughout their career, Tom has consistently achieved success by increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing innovative solutions.

Tom Fougerousse attended Franciscan University of Steubenville from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. In 2014, they also became a Bronto Certified Specialist after completing a certification program provided by Bronto Software.
