Markus Hurskainen is a Culinary Lead at Arla Oy since May 2023, overseeing food service operations in Finland. Additionally, Markus serves as a judge on the Koko Suomi Leipoo - Great Finnish Bake Off program since May 2017. As an entrepreneur, Markus operated the modern Scandinavian restaurant and café Story Restaurants Finland Oy from May 2014 to October 2023 and founded Pikku Napoli from October 2022 to October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a creative consultant for BangBangBbq and Kuusamon Juusto, and food consultant for Bonne Juomat Finland. Markus also owned and operated the artisan bakery and pastry shop Patisserie Teemu & Markus from January 2011 to November 2019. Education includes a degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Perho Culinary School, completed in 2005.
