Irene Lund Rosendahl

Irene Lund Rosendahl is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Arla Foods since September 2012. Currently serving as a Senior HR Consultant focusing on Employee Experience, Irene has global responsibility for Onboarding and Offboarding processes and is leading a Skills Management Project since 2024. Previous roles include overseeing Global Onboarding, supporting Corporate Identity development and organizational restructuring, and managing Corporate HR projects. Early career experiences include roles as a Student Assistant in Corporate Human Resources and as an intern on HR Transformation initiatives. Irene holds a Master’s degree in Information Studies and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Aarhus University, complemented by an STX from Rosborg gymnasium. Earlier work includes managerial responsibilities at GIVSKUD ZOO ZOOTOPIA and project assistance at HeyStudent ApS.
