Irene Quist Mortensen

Irene Quist Mortensen is an accomplished professional in the field of sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR), currently serving as the International Head of Sustainability at Arla Foods since August 2021. With a strong background in CSR consulting, Irene previously owned and worked as a Senior Adviser at CSR consulting DK until February 2022, and served as a Board Member at IFU until September 2024. Irene has held various significant roles including CSR Senior Manager at Arla Foods amba and CSR Manager at Grundfos Management A/S. Additionally, Irene has contributed to academia as an External Lecturer on CSR Communication and Management at Aarhus University. Irene's extensive experience also includes facilitating CSR networks and consulting for multiple organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Anthropology and Communication from Aarhus University, as well as further studies in organizational management and fieldwork in Sri Lanka.
