Jeroen Boon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeroen currently serves as the Group Vice President Production at Arla Foods starting from 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at Danone, including VP Operations Specialized Nutrition Europe, VP Operations Specialized Nutrition - Asia Pacific, Middle East, Operations Strategy Innovations & Planning Director ELN, Factory Director, Production Manager, Product Sourcing Director Milks, Global Senior Purchaser Dairy Ingredients, Global Senior Purchaser Dairy, and Global Senior Purchaser Packaging. Before their tenure at Danone, Jeroen worked at Mars as a Cocoa price risk manager, Industrial engineer, and Operations Manager. Jeroen also worked at Frans Maas as a Logistics Engineer in the corporate development & engineering department. Overall, Jeroen has developed a strong background in operations, supply chain management, and manufacturing across their extensive career span.

Jeroen Boon obtained a Master's degree in Business Economics with a specialization in Logistics and Finance from the University of Groningen, completing their studies from 1990 to 1996.
