Jesper Dalgaard

Jesper Dalgaard is an experienced professional in technical services and service delivery, currently serving as the Head of SAP Technical Services at Arla Foods since July 2014. Prior to this role, Jesper held various management positions at TDC Hosting from December 2006 to June 2014, including Manager and Group Manager of Service Level Management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at Randers Erhvervs- & Udviklingsråd and as a Student Teacher at Aarhus School of Business. Jesper holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Aarhus School of Business, along with degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Handels- og Ingeniørhøjskolen i Herning. Jesper has also completed multiple ITIL certifications and a PRINCE2 Foundation course, along with participating in a coaching course.
