Joanna Lewicka

Joanna Lewicka is currently a Senior HR Business Partner at Arla Foods, where Joanna provides global HR support for the IT function. Prior to this role, Joanna held various senior HR management positions at companies such as LSEG, Refinitiv, and Thomson Reuters, where Joanna supported large employee populations and managed various HR processes. With a background in training and development, Joanna has experience in creating and implementing development plans, designing training courses, and supporting employees' professional growth. Joanna holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Sociology from the University of Gdansk.
