Josefine Franklin Hansen

Josefine Franklin Hansen is currently the Graduate Programme Lead at Arla Foods, where responsibilities include managing the F15 and IT graduate programmes since November 2022. Previously, Josefine served as a Talent Consultant at Danske Bank's Development Center Aarhus from 2017 to November 2022, focusing on the development, motivation, and inspiration of IT talents. Earlier experience includes a role as a Junior Search Consultant at Geniads, where duties involved the setup, management, and optimization of Google Adwords campaigns, and a position in technical support at TDC. Josefine holds a degree in Informationsvidenskab from Aarhus University and a degree in Kommunikation og Digitale Medier from Aalborg Universitet.
