Morten Krebs Gjesing

Morten Krebs Gjesing has over 15 years of experience in various senior HR roles. Morten Krebs started their career at A.P. Moller - Maersk in 2003, where they held positions such as HR Consultant, Director of Executive Resources, and Head of Organizational Development and Strategy. In 2012, they joined Arla Foods as the Senior Director of HR Excellence and Transformation, and later took on roles including Senior Director of HR for Consumer Denmark and Vice President of Global HR Services. In 2017, they became the Senior Vice President of Global HR at Arla Foods. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for driving HR functional excellence, organizational development, and talent management.

Morten Krebs Gjesing holds a Graduate Diploma (HD) in Business Administration (Finance) from Copenhagen Business School (2004-2006). Morten Krebs also has a Bachelor's degree (HA) in Business Administration from Roskilde University (2002-2003) and a Master's degree in Political Science from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen (1997-2003). Prior to their higher education, they attended Hærens Specialskole (1994-1996) where they obtained the rank of First Lieutenant (Sprogofficer) with a focus on Russian language and culture.
