Maureen Hart is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Head of HR at X-Chem, Inc. since May 2025, Maureen previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at WuXi Biologics, where significant contributions included increasing headcount and building comprehensive HR infrastructure. Maureen's career also encompasses roles such as Global Director of Employee Relations & HR Operations at athenahealth, as well as leadership positions at Shire, Accellent, Teleflex Medical, Bose Corporation, RG Shakour, the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and Robert Half International Inc.
