Morven McLean is the Head of Global Leadership Development at Arla Foods, where they have been leading initiatives since 2021. Prior to this role, Morven founded and served as Managing Director of ORIGINAL EDITIONS LIMITED from 2012 to 2021 and held various leadership positions, including Creative Director at the Centre for Organizational Excellence and Director of Engineering & Technology at Strathclyde Business School.
