Barrett Evans

Barrett Evans is an accomplished leader in corporate learning and leadership development, currently serving as Chief Learning Officer at Ford Motor Company since August 2021. In this role, Barrett leads the Corporate Learning & Leadership Development team, focusing on translating corporate strategy into effective learning experiences and integrating AI and ML technologies into training programs. Previously, Barrett held various leadership positions at Macy's from April 2005 to April 2020, including Director of The Leadership Institute, where oversight of flagship development programs for high-potential leaders was a key responsibility. Additionally, Barrett managed learning solutions and worked as a Human Resources Business Partner, enhancing employee engagement across multiple regions. Barrett also gained experience as an Executive in Residence at Bowling Green State University, providing guidance to Fashion Merchandising students.
