Raza Naqvi

Raza Naqvi is a seasoned professional in maintenance and reliability engineering, currently serving as the Maintenance (Reliability) Excellence Manager for Arla Foods since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Lead Reliability Engineering Specialist at Nynas AB and various leadership positions at bp, focusing on asset rationalization, mechanical engineering, and maintenance strategy for offshore facilities. Raza has also managed maintenance operations at BHP and contributed to preventive and turnaround maintenance at Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited, alongside a foundational role at KSB Pumps Company Limited as a Sales Engineer. Raza holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Islamic University of Technology and a Project Management Essentials certification from The George Washington University School of Business.
