Cory Pageau

Cory Pageau, CHRL has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cory currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources, Canada at ARLANXEO, a role they have held since December 2018. Prior to that, Cory served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at TransAlta from April 2013 to December 2018. Cory also worked as a Team Leader, Human Resources at Suncor Energy from January 2016 to June 2016. Previously, Cory held the role of Human Resource Specialist at Bruce Power from March 2010 to February 2013 and served as a Human Resource Advisor/Talent Acquisition at Suncor Energy from July 2008 to April 2009. Before their corporate experience, Cory worked as the President of Plastaff Inc., an executive recruiting firm, from 2000 to 2008. Cory began their career as a Business Development Manager at Future Executive Personnel (FEP) from 1995 to 2000. Overall, Cory brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in human resources to their current role at ARLANXEO.

Cory Pageau, CHRL, has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Lambton College, obtained in 2010. In 1996, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of Organizing Your Remote Office for Maximum Productivity from LinkedIn and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA.
