Mardo Slaats has extensive experience in the field of human resources and rewards consultancy. Mardo has worked in various roles, including as a Strategic Global Rewards Advisor and Interim C&B Manager at Slaats Human Resources Consultancy B.V. In their current role as Global Rewards Lead a.i. at ARLANXEO, they are responsible for managing global rewards programs.
