Thomas Roick

Thomas Roick is currently the Head of Competence Center, Strategy & Projects at ARLANXEO, a position they have held since 2018. They have extensive experience in senior management roles, including positions at Bayer, Bayer Chemicals, and Lanxess GmbH. Thomas began their academic career with a Diploma and later earned a Doktor from Technische Universität Darmstadt, where they also served as a Research Assistant. Prior to their current role, they were involved in various research and management positions, including a postdoctoral role at the Forest Research Institute.
