Uldis Elksnitis

Uldis Elksnitis is a Policy Officer with extensive experience in diplomatic roles at various divisions within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia. Currently serving as an Information and Communication Officer at the European External Action Service, Uldis also has a background in theatre education and project management. With a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Theatre Arts, Uldis brings a unique skill set to their diplomatic and communication roles.
