Rebecca Marín Sphr

Rebecca Marin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is currently serving as the Vice President of Employee Experience at Arlington Community Federal Credit Union. Prior to this role, Rebecca held positions such as Employee Engagement Manager at NASA Federal Credit Union, Director of People and Culture at The Partnership Federal Credit Union, and Human Resources Coordinator at the Grocery Manufacturers Association. With a background in Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy, Rebecca has also worked as a Teacher at School Age Child Care and as an ABA/Behavioral Therapist at START/Home Based Therapy.
