Joan M. Lynch

Joan M. Lynch is the current Director of Arts Enterprise at Arlington Economic Development. Joan previously worked as the Arlington County Costume Shop Coordinator from October 2006 to March 2008. Joan has a passion for the arts and believes that they are essential to a thriving community. Joan is dedicated to their work and is constantly looking for ways to support and grow the arts in Arlington.

Joan M. Lynch pursued a BFA at Virginia Commonwealth University and then continued their education at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

They work with Tara Palacios - Director, BizLaunch, Angela Adams - Director, Arlington Public Art, and Marian Marquez - Acting Deputy Director. and Sharon Raphael - Project Manager reports to Joan M. Lynch. Their manager is Shannon Flanagan-Watson, Interim Economic Developmnet Director.
