Catalina Constain Shin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community engagement, legal advocacy, and support services. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Liaison at Arlington Heights Memorial Library since November 2021, Catalina previously held roles such as Constituent Service Representative for the U.S. House of Representatives and Bilingual Info Services Advisor at the same library.
