Michelle Terrell

Michelle Terrell currently serves as the Community Engagement Liaison/Senior Management Analyst for the City of Mill Valley, providing strategic advice on policy and enhancing communication between residents, the City Council, and staff. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions, including Community Engagement Coordinator, where disaster preparedness initiatives were coordinated with community stakeholders, and an Education Policy and Research Consultant, focusing on K-16 education policies. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Public Impact and as Director of Education Policy Research at the Public School Forum, facilitating research and communication in public education.
