Michael Parkos

Michael Parkos has extensive experience in facilities planning and construction, currently serving as the Director of Facilities Planning and Construction at Arlington ISD since May 2017. Previously, Michael held various roles including Senior Project Manager and Construction Administrator at HKS, Inc., and Project Manager at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors and Charter Builders, Ltd. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, Michael has managed project costs, conducted quality assurance, and overseen construction administration on diverse projects, including significant undertakings for the US Navy and the Texas State Capitol Extension. Michael holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design in architecture from Texas A&M University.
