Patrick Ryan

Patrick Ryan serves as the Head of Hotels & Leisure at Colliers since December 2020, focusing on agency transactions, advisory services, valuations, and hotel asset management. In addition to this role, Patrick holds a position as a Non-Executive Director on the board of the National Print Museum. Previously, significant experience includes serving as Team Leader Portfolio Sales and Hotel Sector Specialist at the National Asset Management Agency from August 2010 to April 2020, and as Portfolio Manager & Hotel Sector Specialist at the National Treasury Management Agency. Early career highlights include leadership roles as Managing Director at Christie Finance and Christie Insurance, and Director at Christie & Co, as well as serving as Executive Assistant to the President of Inter-Continental Hotels Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Director designation from the Institute of Directors, a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University, and Fellowship with the British Hospitality Institute, alongside memberships in professional bodies such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
