Lisa Heidman

Lisa Heidman, LL.B, ICD.D is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Arlington Partners International, a management consulting firm specializing in Board, CEO, Legal and Senior Executive Search, Talent Management and Board Advisory Services. Prior to this role, Lisa was the CEO of Three Degrees:Board and Executive Network, providing strategic coaching and advisory services to corporations, senior executive leaders and board members globally. Lisa also served as the Senior Client Partner and North American Director of Bedford Consulting Group Inc. Lisa obtained their ICD.D from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
