Stephanie Maltz

Stephanie Maltz is an experienced labor relations professional currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations at Arlington Public Schools since July 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked with the DC Government from January 2015 to July 2022 as an Attorney Advisor in the Office of Labor Relations & Collective Bargaining and served as a Policy & Program Analyst. Stephanie's earlier experience includes serving as a Government Relations Consultant for Safe States Alliance and a Policy Consultant for the National Council on Teacher Quality. Additionally, Stephanie held the position of Director of Government Relations at Madison Services Group, Inc. Stephanie holds a JD from Emory University School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Psychology from Emory University.
