Rick Pitts

Rick Pitts is a private practice attorney who has been assisting small to midsize companies with legal issues and risk management concerns since May 2004. Prior to this, Rick served as the VP & Gen. Counsel at Arlington/Roe & Co., Inc. and as the General Counsel at the Independent Insurance Agents of Indiana. Rick holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and an AB in English Language and Literature/Letters from Wabash College.
