Samantha Mason

Samantha Mason currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Arlo Training Management Software, a position held since December 2021. Previously, Samantha worked as a People and Culture Manager and has experience in various roles at Flux Federation, Experience Wellington, and Wellington City Council, ranging from Capability & OD Specialist to Senior OD Advisor. Early career experiences include positions at Trekforce and Snow & Rock Sports Ltd. Educationally, Samantha is pursuing a degree in Te Whainga o Te Ao Tikanga at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa and holds a Diploma in Organisational Psychology from Open Polytechnic of New Zealand, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Victoria University of Wellington.
