Erik Lystadius

Erik Lystadius began their work experience as an Administrator at Borås Stad in June 2014, before transitioning to the role of Recruiter at Studybuddy AB in August 2014. Erik then returned to Borås Stad in December 2014, working as an HR Specialist until September 2015. After that, they joined Jönköpings kommun as an HR Specialist from September 2015 to September 2016. Erik then rejoined Borås Stad as an HR Specialist from September 2016 to August 2018. From there, they moved on to Norsk Hydro, where they worked as an HR Business Partner from August 2018 to October 2021. Currently, Erik is with X Shore | 100% Electric Boats, first serving as a People Partner from October 2021 to May 2023, before being promoted to the position of Head of People and Culture, which they hold presently.

Erik Lystadius completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Borås, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Work Life Science from the same university, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017.
