Thomas Reuss

Thomas Reuss is a seasoned professional in the veterinary services market, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Arlo Veterinary since April 2024. Prior to this role, Thomas founded Nerd Dog Pet Health, focusing on M&A strategy development and execution from March 2020 to April 2024. Thomas also co-founded WellHaven Pet Health, where responsibilities included serving as Managing Partner and Chief Operations Officer from July 2017 to January 2020, emphasizing personal growth and operational support for veterinarians. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Banfield, The Pet Hospital, as Vice President Operations Support and Regional Vice President from March 2005 to July 2017, and as Director of Rental Operations at The Hertz Corporation from February 1991 to May 2005.
