Joel Dorfan possesses extensive experience in technology and business, with a focus on customer support and community engagement. Since January 2017, Joel has served as a Superuser and Beta Tester for both NETGEAR and Arlo Technologies, utilizing expertise in product installations and user forums. As the Founder of Fortvic since December 2014, Joel aids small businesses in enhancing their marketing and infrastructure. Previously, Joel was an ACE at AT&T, providing customer support and assistance on technical forums from January 2015 to June 2024. Joel's background also includes roles such as COO at Mulligan Funding, LLC, Founder of Sammeg Satellite Pty Ltd, and Technical Sales Support at SPL Pty Ltd. Joel has a strong academic foundation with degrees in Computer Science and Chemistry from Rhodes University.
