Min-Han Hsieh

Min-Han Hsieh is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in the electronics industry. Currently serving as a Staff Manufacturing Engineer at Arlo Technologies, Inc. since February 2020, Min-Han specializes in driving manufacturing processes from new product introduction (NPI) to sustaining efforts, focusing on design for manufacturability (DFM), yield, and efficiency improvements. Previously, as Assistant Manager of Operations at Chicony Electronics Co., Ltd., achievement of just-in-time (JIT) production and supply for HP and Lenovo keyboards was a primary focus, along with oversight of factory operations and cost management. Earlier experience at Foxconn included roles as Supervisor in Advanced Automatic Engineering and Engineer in NPI/Industrial Engineering, managing mass production readiness for iPhone and contributing to automation improvements. Min-Han holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from National Tsing Hua University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from National Central University.
