Ritesh Tekale is an experienced technical leader in cloud operations with a strong background in managing IT infrastructure and providing production support. Currently serving as Technical Lead - Cloud Operations at Arlo Technologies, Inc., Ritesh oversees a 24x7 production support system on a vast AWS infrastructure for a major home security company, supporting over 6 million customers. Previous roles include Cloud Operations Engineer at Nexthink and Sr. Technical Support Lead at Jeavio, where Ritesh managed significant operational responsibilities, including AWS account management with an average billing of $1M monthly. With extensive experience across multiple organizations, including eInfochips, Innovify, Intuz, Micello, and IndiaNIC Infotech, Ritesh has developed expertise in system administration, cloud computing, and IT operations management.
