Carol Ariyibi

Carol Ariyibi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate transformation, project management, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Head of the Corporate Transformation Office at Asset & Resource Management Holding Company (ARM HoldCo), Carol drives digital transformation initiatives and operational excellence for middle to back-office teams. As President of The PowerWoman Network, Carol advocates for the advancement of female leaders in various sectors. Carol is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Agile Practitioners Association of Nigeria, focusing on empowering individuals and organizations through agile practices. Prior roles at Sterling Bank Plc included Group Head of the Enterprise Project Management Office and Senior Project Manager, leading strategic projects and initiatives to support the bank's digitization efforts. Carol holds multiple academic qualifications, including MBAs with specializations in Sustainability Studies and Finance, and has completed executive education in Digital Strategies for Business at Columbia Business School.
