Ashley Scott, PHR, SHRM-CP

Ashley Scott has a strong background in human resources. Ashley is currently the Director of Human Resources at ARM Energy, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. for several years in various HR roles, including Director and Vice President of Human Resources. Ashley also held positions as Manager of Human Resources, HR Generalist, and HR Coordinator in the same company. Before joining Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., Ashley worked at Yale University as an HR Coordinator and HR Assistant. Ashley also served as an Ad Coordinator/Staffing Assistant during their time at Yale.

Ashley Scott, PHR, SHRM-CP, completed their education at the University of Connecticut from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business Administration. Prior to attending university, they received a diploma from Central Bucks High School - East from 1999 to 2002.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ashley has also earned two additional certifications. In 2011, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Later, in 2015, they acquired the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
