Jerry Goeden III

Jerry Goeden III, CPA, CFA, currently serves as a Midstream Finance Associate at ARM Energy since May 2023. Previously, Jerry held the position of Corporate Associate at Pickering Energy Partners from October 2021 to May 2023, focusing on corporate finance, corporate development, and investor relations, along with private equity and hedge fund operations. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Associate in Deals at PwC, specializing in capital markets and accounting advisory services for SPACs, IPOs, and M&A, and as an Associate in Specialized Tax Services, where Jerry managed data projects for major technology clients. Jerry began their career at PwC as an intern and also worked as a Motor Fuels Tax Analyst at 7-Eleven. Educational qualifications include Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting from the SMU Cox School of Business and in Engineering Management, Information, and Systems from the SMU Lyle School of Engineering, both completed in 2017, following education at Mater Dei High School from 2009 to 2013.
