Ann Wooming is a seasoned professional in the field of food safety and poultry science, currently serving as the Poultry Technical Service Manager at Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production since October 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Research and Development Microbiologist at TriStrata Group, focusing on the efficacy of ozone in reducing foodborne pathogens on raw poultry. Previously, Ann worked as a Food Safety Analyst for Cargill, managing microbiological data visualization and leading the Turkey Salmonella Working Group. Academic credentials include a Master's of Science in Poultry Science from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Grand Valley State University, along with a comprehensive research background in foodborne pathogens and molecular techniques.
