Ben Saylor, PhD, PAS, currently serves as a Dairy Consultant for Dairy Visions, LLC, starting in July 2024, after a tenure as Dairy Technical Services Manager at Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production. With a robust academic background, Ben Saylor earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Ruminant Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in the same field from Kansas State University, where research focused on drought-tolerant forages. Earlier experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at both the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Florida, concentrating on starch utilization and silage quality in dairy cows. Practical experience encompasses internships and fieldwork involving large dairy herds and heat stress management, reflecting a comprehensive commitment to applied dairy nutrition and management.
