Paul Bedell

Paul Bedell is a C-suite growth leader who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of A.R.M. Solutions. They previously founded and led Connexus Resource Group as Founder, Executive Chairman, CEO, and Board Member (2018–2024), transitioning to a board and investor role in 2023 to guide strategy and governance and led M&A activity including three acquisitions. Earlier in their career, they served as Chief Operating Officer of Trellis (2015–2017), Chief Operations Officer of LandAmerica Financial Group (2003–2007), and held senior positions at Citigroup and Prudential Hong Kong, where they directed international marketing, strategy, and branding initiatives. They are pursuing an MBA (with honors) and a BBA (with honors) at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
