Amr Haggag

Amr Haggag, Ph.D., possesses extensive experience in the field of silicon reliability and quality assurance, currently serving on the Program Board for RAS in the Data Center at IEEE Computer Society and as Head of Silicon Quality at Arm. Previously, Amr held significant roles at Google, Apple, and NXP/Freescale Semiconductor, overseeing custom silicon reliability, advanced SoC reliability design, and leading product qualification efforts. With a strong background in semiconductor technology and an emphasis on reliability methodologies, Amr has successfully improved design quality and initiated innovations across various programs. Amr's academic credentials include a PhD, Master's, and Bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering, all from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
