Jim T.

Jim T. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jim started their career as CEO/Co-Founder/Consultant at SAC Visa LLC, where they founded and developed an international recruiting firm. Jim then moved on to Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) as Global Vice President of Human Potential, where they focused on people integration and developed a corporate vision for the company.

Jim later worked at Magazines.com as Director of DOD Special Products, where they collaborated with non-profits and delivered magazines to the armed services. Jim then joined L-3 Communications as Director Army Ground Maneuver Team, supporting communications capabilities for the US Army and other defense agencies.

Jim then joined ISR Group, Inc. as Vice President, Business Development & Governmental Affairs, leading their unmanned systems division. Jim later worked at Johnson Controls as Chief Operating Officer for Smartvue Corporation, achieving rapid growth and profitability through operational excellence.

Jim continued their career at L3 Technologies and L3Harris Technologies, holding various senior director roles in business development for aerospace systems and army aviation. Currently, they are a Senior Director USSOCOM Growth at ARMA Global Corporation, a General Dynamics Company. Alongside their professional roles, Jim also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Steam Heritage Corp., a 501(c)(3) organization.

Jim T.'s education history includes a number of notable institutions. Jim attended Montgomery Bell Academy in Nashville, TN from 1975 to 1981, where they completed a College Preparatory Day School program with a focus on "Gentleman, Scholar, Athlete." Following this, Jim T. enrolled in the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1981 to 1985. Jim obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, with a double major in General Engineering and International Affairs. In 2008, they briefly attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for an Executive Education program specializing in HRSA.
