Beth Eland

Beth Eland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member engagement and customer service. Currently serving as a Member Engagement Specialist at ARMA International since August 2013, Beth assists members and non-members with membership inquiries and concerns. Previous roles include working as a Member Services Coordinator at ARMA International, and a Page at Johnson County Library, where Beth enhanced patron experiences and maintained library organization. Prior to these positions, Beth held the title of Manager of Membership Affairs at the National Cable TV Cooperative, overseeing membership processes and ensuring member satisfaction for over a decade. Additional experience includes marketing management and customer service roles in various organizations, paired with a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from Augustana College.
