With a career beginning at ING Barings, where Xavier A. served as Global Head of TMT Investment Banking, Xavier combines deep expertise with a strong educational background that includes degrees in Digital Business Strategy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Economics from Columbia University, and a Master's in Business Engineering from KU Leuven.
