Zach Cole currently serves as a TMT M&A Associate at Arma Partners since January 2020, where notable transaction experience includes the $4 billion recapitalisation of IRIS Software and the $12.2 billion leveraged buyout of Visma. Prior to this role, Zach held positions as a TMT M&A Analyst at Goldenhill International M&A Advisors and Bluebox CFG from March 2019 to January 2020 and August 2018 to September 2018, respectively. Zach's early experience includes a summer internship at VenCap International plc in July 2017. Educational qualifications include a degree in Maths and Economics from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2018, and prior schooling at Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys from 2012 to 2014.
