Previously, Sarah-Jayne co-owned Gilman+Child Ltd, offering bespoke design solutions. With substantial experience at H.B. Fuller as Global Business Communications Manager, Sarah-Jayne has directed international teams and managed high-level marketing initiatives across multiple regions. Additionally, Sarah-Jayne is the founder of SJ Global Consulting Ltd, specializing in change management and effective communication. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from multiple prestigious institutions, including the Kellogg School of Management, and a BA Honours in English Literature from the University of Nottingham Trent.
