Sophie Ancelin

Sophie Ancelin serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Armacell since November 2018, bringing over 20 years of extensive HR experience across various industries. Prior to Armacell, Sophie held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Roquette from April 2015 to May 2018, where Sophie contributed to the company's leadership in plant-based ingredients. Sophie's career includes significant roles at Alstom Power, where achievements included leading HR integration during GE’s acquisition, and various HR management positions at Shell in Europe. Sophie Ancelin earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESSEC Business School between 1995 and 1998.
