Gorkey Vemulapalli is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in research systems and software engineering within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the System Executive Director of Research Systems & Software Engineering at City of Hope, Gorkey leads technology operations and digital innovation initiatives across the nationwide health system. Previous roles include Senior Director of Precision Medicine Data & Systems at City of Hope, and Senior Director of Software Engineering & Operations at Quest Diagnostics, where Gorkey contributed to advanced diagnostic solutions. With a background in various technology sectors, Gorkey has further served as an angel investor and advisor to startups, while holding advisory positions at companies such as Armada and OpsCruise.
