Meghan Easley

Meghan Easley currently serves as Chief of Staff at Armada since March 2025. Previously, Meghan held multiple roles at Sol from May 2022 to March 2025, including COO, Head of Operations, and Operations Manager. Meghan's prior experience includes serving as Director of Venture Lab & Portfolio Services, Chief of Staff, and Venture Programs Lead at Praxis from January 2017 to May 2022, along with a position as Project Manager at Ministry Incubators and Project Coordinator at Fuller Youth Institute. Additionally, Meghan completed an internship as a Social Performance Intern at World Vision International - VisionFund. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business, a Master’s Degree in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry and Biblical Studies from Azusa Pacific University.
