David Martin

David Martin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. David most recently served as Senior Vice President at Armada Analytics, Inc. starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they held the positions of Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Underwriter at the same company. David began their career as a Financial Analyst at Armada Analytics, Inc. in February 2012.

Before joining Armada Analytics, Inc., David worked as a Teller at Athens First Bank & Trust from June 2011 to February 2012. David also gained experience as a Preparation Cook/Server at Park Cafe from June 2006 to August 2010. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Driver Helper at UPS in December 2007 and as a Cashier at Target in October and December 2005.

David Martin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from The University of Georgia and the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified GSE Multifamily Property Inspector from the Mortgage Bankers Association in March 2014.
