Zack Toates

Zack Toates has a diverse work experience, primarily in the finance and real estate industries. Zack started their professional journey as a Financial Analyst Intern at Armada Analytics, Inc in May 2012 and later transitioned into a full-time role as a Financial Analyst. In this position, they played a key role in underwriting CMBS and agency loans, amounting to over $175 million.

In March 2014, Zack became involved in the creation and development of the new ZIPline platform at Armada Analytics. After a year, they were promoted to the role of ZIPline Program Manager, where they oversaw the production of zoning reports and dealt directly with clients' zoning needs.

Continuing their growth within the company, Zack was promoted to Assistant Vice President in July 2015. In this role, they played a crucial part in driving the growth of the ZIPline Department, doubling its size.

In July 2016, Zack was again promoted, this time to the position of Vice President at Armada Analytics. As Vice President, they further contributed to the company's success until January 2020.

Currently, Zack serves as the Senior Vice President at Armada Analytics, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Armada Zoning Team and working closely with the Business Development team to expand the company's zoning group in the Commercial Real Estate market.

Zack Toates attended Clemson University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services.
